Outdoor Dome Surveillance Camera Recommendations
Reolink makes some pretty good and reliable cameras if you want to step up to the 4K resolution. I personally have a few SV3C cameras and they have worked well for me. These cameras work well over Wi-Fi and can pan and tilt. The Reolink camera also has zoom capabilities.
